As you work on a project/study, you are either:
- A collaborator to a project/study
- The creator of a project/study
As a collaborator, you have to follow the guidelines and what is asked from you by people on the projects that have more powers than you do. It can be a lot of things, for example:
- You have to reply to a Request for Information
- You are made aware of a change on a project
- You have to approve a pricing, the location of a specified item, a delivery date
- There are a multitude of interactions possible
As a creator, you decide on who gets which powers and hence the way collaborators acts on the projects.
Interactions are automatised as much as we can with the possibility for you to decide what you will receive or not. Corrin puts in place what is required to avoid any mis-communication.
Based on the type of actions, people interacting on a project will be made aware of that their actions is required via 2 medium:
- By email, in which case an email is automatically sent to the appropriate parties, including what has been done, what could be expected from them and a link to go where the actions is
- Directly on the platform via the ‘Information’ and ‘Action required’ tools. These 2 tools are located at the top of your page and look like this

If there are things you should be aware of, the look of this tools will evolve as follow. Hence inviting you to click on them to see what it is about.
